Pam began her career with Delta Dental of Tennessee 13 years ago as an administrative assistant, and because of her dedication, talent and work ethic, she has moved up the ranks to senior vice president of employee relations. Pam oversees all aspects of human resources and supports the efforts of the board of directors. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors of Delta Dental’s corporate citizenship committee, which coordinates all employee community involvement activities. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, both the Middle Tennessee and national branches.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Pam worked for the State of Tennessee for 20 years, where she worked with the TennCare program and served as supervisor of revenue control for the Department of Health. In that role, she was responsible for oversight of the licensure renewal process of all health professionals licensed by health related boards.

In addition to her duties at Delta Dental, Pam remains active in community affairs, serving on the board of directors of Monroe Harding Children’s Home and participating in Delta Dental community outreach activities, such as the Country Music Marathon and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Pam resides in Hendersonville and enjoys cooking and college football.
