Delta Dental’s Benefit Manager Toolkit is your key to improving the efficiency and timeliness in submission of eligibility. It’s an online tool available on a web site that allows you to:

  • Manage your group’s eligibility on-line, eliminating the need to mail or fax eligibility information to us.  You can enter eligibility information for an employee or their dependent, terminate coverage, change the member’s birth date, address or spelling of the member’s name. 
  • Print ID cards for your employee.
  • View high level benefit information for your group to assist in answering questions about coverage.
  • All transactions in the toolkit are done in real time.  You do not need to wait for confirmation of entries.
  • The Benefit Manager Toolkit is safe and secure.  All users are assigned a unique login and password to allow access to the secure site.   – All transactions are completed in a secure environment – the safest available in today’s Internet standards.
  • Delta Dental will provide toolkit training and support for all users.
