Delta Dental Scores High On Annual Satisfaction Surveys

With a history of high customer satisfaction, results from Delta Dental of Tennessee’s (Delta Dental) annual group and member surveys indicate that the dental plan administrator continued to deliver impressively in 2007. Group administrators gave high scores in the areas of customer service, billing, eligibility, sales and service, and e-commerce tools, including an overall satisfaction rating of 100 percent. Members rated Delta Dental’s service near perfect marks with a combined overall satisfaction of 96.6 percent.

Each year Delta Dental conducts surveys to help evaluate levels of service as well as perceived levels of satisfaction. Separate surveys are conducted with group administrators and members who have filed claims within the past year.
