Parish brings 16 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, recruiting, training and regional sales management to Delta Dental.

Before joining Delta Dental, Parish rose through the ranks of the EquiFirst Corporation. As a vice president and as a sales manager, Parish was responsible for transforming start-up territories into top producing areas. Parish earned a BBA and MBA from The University of Memphis and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order. A native of Jackson, Tenn., Parish served in the United States Army Reserve and Tennessee National Guard, and is currently a member of the American Legion.
